1st Boat Training for 09

After the almost 4 months rest , finally the boat training is resume as normal at Water Sports center .The team is ready and looking forward for the coming challenge !!! YEA BA !!!
Wow....siam lai body make ppl "lau nua"...hehheehe

short break....wash sands 1st ....
No pain no gain .....lets do it !!
Afetr boat training , there is a physical section ....
After talk and talk , finally go into sea and start rowing .....
All old bird d lioa lo....still need ppl teach how to hold paddle...hahahha...
