1. Gym training will be change to ever Tuesday start on 8/9/09.
- Time 6.30pm ( will guide by Levi )
2. Physical training will be change to every Friday.
- Time will be 7.30pm
- Will start on 11/9/09.
3. Boat training will be start on 13/9/09
-time 4.pm will meet at dam at 3.45pm.
