UEFA to decide on Chelsea punishment next week (WRITTEN BY GABAN) MAKE SURE U READ

Here are some of the article that i find rather amusing.

1. Disciplinary chiefs will now study the reports "as well as gathering additional evidence" before deciding on what action to take but a high-ranking source close to UEFA warned: "Watch for the fallout - it could be tough." The source, quoted in The Times, added that a hefty fine was the likely punishment, but forcing Chelsea to play their opening home group-stage match next season behind closed doors, or at a neutral venue, could not be discounted. --

comment: RUBBISH...UEFA THINKS THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT? ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO THE PLAYERS AND TEAMS? WHAT ABOUT THE STUPID REFEREE???? GO HOME HISAP SUSU PRETEND NOTHING HAPPEN???

2. As many as 4 Chelsea players are blacklisted

Four Chelsea players could face individual charges after surrounding Ovrebo in an aggressive manner and for their post match comments. The London club could also face a charge of failing to control their players.

Didier Drogba is facing the stiffest sanction following his lengthy confrontation with Ovrebo on the pitch and in the tunnel, although his public apology may lessen any punishment. Drogba could be banned for a number of matches, we don't know how many. It would be decided by a controlling body, if they decide to open the decision

Michael Ballack could also be charged for running 40-yards to confront the Norwegian referee after the fourth penalty appeal was turned down during the game - an act for which he was yellow-carded.

Chelsea full-back José Bosingwa faces sanctions for describing the official as a "thief" who was "bought", although he has since retracted those comments, while skipper John Terry also criticised Ovrebo as emotions ran high at the end of the semi-final. --

Comment: WHY NOT THEY RED CARDED THE REFEREE IN CHARGE AND NON OF THIS WILL HAPPEN...HAHAHHAA

3. CONSPIRACY CONSPIRACY CONSPIRACY CONSPIRACY - UEFA's general secretary David Taylor dismissed any suggestion of a conspiracy to avoid a repeat of last year's all-Premier League final.

Hiddink was repeatedly asked about "a conspiracy" at the post-match news conference - something that infuriated Taylor, who pointed the finger at the media instead.

Taylor said: "If anything it's a media conspiracy against UEFA. It does make me angry. It really annoys me because it's a load of rubbish."--

Comment: OF COURSE GOT LA...UEFA TU LAN LIAU EVERYTIME ENGLISH TEAM SO GOOD.... LAST 2 OR 3 YEARS ENGLISH TEAM REACH MINIMUM OF QUATER-FINAL!!! FIFA PRESIDENT SEPP BLATTER UAN TOR ENGLISH TEAM ALWAYS IN FINAL!!!

4. UEFA also confirmed they had not been contacted by Barcelona about a possible appeal against Ovrebo's decision to send off Eric Abidal following a second-half clash with Nicolas Anelka.

"No protest has been received with respect to the red card shown to FC Barcelona player Eric Abidal.''

comment: OF COURSE LA...WHY WANT TO PROTEST SOME MORE? BARCA ALREADY IN FINAL MA....SEE LA IF THEY NOT IN FINAL... SAME LIKE DRAGON BOAT MA.... IF WE WIN ALREADY WHY WANT TO PROTEST SOME MORE...IF WE LOSE BY 1 NOSE THEN WE PAY RM300 LA FOR 1 PHOTO FINISH PICTURE....HAHAHAHA

ALL THE ABOVE RUBBISH WAS CREATED BY UEFA ITSELF....THEY HAVE TO CREATE A TEAM TO TACKLE THEIR PROBLEM FIRST.....

DROGBA BURST!!!!

WHAT A DISGRACE IN THE WORLD OF "SPORTS". WHAT I MEAN IS THE REFEREE AND NOT THE PLAYER

I ADMIT, I AM A DIE HEART MANCHESTER FANS BUT SEING CHELSEA WHEN OUT OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MAKES ME FELT DAMN PITY FOR THEM....

After that game incident which saw DROGBA acting like a mad dog to the Referee, i surf the net on ESPN website and shock.....WHY EVERY 1 KEEP BLAMING DROGBA???? A BIG QUESTION MARK????

Dear brothers and every who see this. As a sportsman, can you tolerate what happen if there is a situation like this happens to you..? Hold your heart and say.

It's not that Chelsea play like shit and they deserve to lose.... It's also not that Barca play so good that they deserve to WIN? Tell you what, the match is handled by a professional REFEREE...i would have see Chelsea go through to the FINAL in ROME with minimum 4 goals.....

Tell you all also, if BARCA play like this in the final... I AM SURE MAN UNITED GORENG THEM HIDUP HIDUP

A beautiful game as they say in football but not so beautiful when THE IMPORTANT MAN a.k.a MAN IN BLACK a.k.a THE REFEREE...make a very POOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRR handling of a football match....

Ronaldo's killer brace !!!!!!

Like the great Emperors of the past, Sir Alex Ferguson will attempt to rule Rome in three weeks' time after Manchester United produced an awesome attacking display to destroy Arsenal.

A fortuitous opener from Park Ji-sung was followed by a thunderous 40-yard free-kick from Cristiano Ronaldo to effectively book a Champions League final date with Chelsea or Barcelona on May 27 after only 11 minutes.

Ronaldo capped a fine performance and drew howls of glee from David Beckham, who had made the trip from Milan to witness a victory that will go alongside that staggering win over Juventus in 1999 that the former England skipper was a part of, by sliding home a third goal, his 25th of the season.

It was not quite a perfect night for United. How could it be when Darren Fletcher ended it in disbelief at the red card for a tackle on Cesc Fabregas which will rule him out of the Italian job.

However, it was not far off, leaving United to await events at Stamford Bridge tomorrow with so many neutrals, if not a Chelsea side hell-bent on revenge, hoping Barcelona set up what would be a dream decider.

No amount of meticulous planning can legislate for bad luck.

It is the unknown factor that, in an instant, can screw any amount of hopes and dreams into the tightest ball and throw them out of the highest window, never to be seen again.

Kieran Gibbs has not been a first-team regular very long. Fitness permitting, he has almost a decade and a half in front of him in the Arsenal side.

It is a fair bet, at the end of his career, the 18-year-old still regards the horror that unfolded eight minutes into what was such an eagerly-awaited contest as the worst moment he had to endure.

In his head, Gibbs was about to control Ronaldo's cutback, then decide whether to play a short pass out of defence or present Manuel Almunia with a routine clearance. Fate had other plans.

Manchester United Trash Arsenal at HOME!!!!!!

Young left-back Kieran Gibbs looks to the skies after he slipped to present Park Ji-Sung with the first goal.

Liverpool 3-0 Newcastle United: Toon face drop

Alan Shearer's Newcastle are staring relegation in the face after a 3-0 mauling against Liverpool at Anfield.

And for the former England captain, in temporary charge of the Geordies, there was even the humiliation of hearing the Kop chant: ''You should have stayed on the telly'' and ''Alan Shearer, football genius.''

Defending English Premier League Champion

Manchester United stretched their lead at the top of the Premier League to six points after a comfortable 2-0 win at Middlesbrough.

Ji-Sung Park and Ryan Giggs were United's goalscorers at the Riverside.
PFA Player of the Year Ryan Giggs got the first with an angled drive from the edge of the penalty area.

Ji Sung Park then made the game safe in the second half, finishing well after a superb ball from Wayne Rooney.

Sir Alex Ferguson's side are now six points clear of Liverpool, having played the same number of games.
